A strategic Instructional Designer with a foundation in recruitment and a passion for creating learning that aligns with real-world outcomes.

I also run Chameleon Hub, where I serve as an AI Forward Strategist for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Moreton Bay Region, as well as for companies across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. My goal is to help these businesses adopt AI with confidence and clarity.

My systematic approach minimises wasted time, alleviates worker anxiety, and ensures AI is introduced ethically, responsibly, and safely.

A Journey from People to Learning

After 30 rewarding years in the recruitment industry, I pivoted to pursue my passion for Instructional Design—a field I’ve been immersed in for ten years now. This blend of experiences equips me with a unique perspective on people management and educational strategies.
